No. Sperm dies quickly if not in the right environment. Too much oxygen, too high temperature of the water, and time will kill it pretty quickly. Also, sperm has to get a head start in the vagina in order to have a fighting chance of impregnating. It looks like the odds are against the sister getting pregnant.

no, i dont think so, and anyway, they'd have died in the water, and the water in the tub would dilute the sperm so much that even if some did enter you, they woulkd be too few to reach an egg and fertilize it. You're safe, don't worry.
